Indian Paper Sweet Pootharekulu is a popular sweet from Andhra Pradesh that is prepared with thin flaky sheets of paper made of rice flour rolled with sugar and ghee. The sweet is crispy from the outside, the soft insides add character to the Pootharekulu.
