Ikkat is derived from the Malay-Indonesian word mengIkkat, which translates to tie. The term Ikkat means to bind. It is an ancient way of creating patterns in fabric by resist-dyeing the threads before the cloth is woven. This fascinating technique of tying and dyeing is what makes intrigue and adds magic to the sarees we know more commonly as Pochampally. Ikkat sarees, silk or cotton, are fabulous for work wear and festive occasions.

Missing Products:
We take utmost care in packing and shipping. We have three gate checks while packing your products. Please make sure to inspect your package within 24 hours, from the time it is delivered to you, to report any missing products. Please send an email with pictures and list of items missing to sales@pushmycart.com. In genuine cases, we either provide either a replacement or give a credit for missing products.
